Bike for Kam 2012
Bike for Kam is back for 2012!
My wife Kam and I have launched our annual fundraiser “Bike for Kam” http://bikeforkam.com/ http://vimeo.com/40379207 to raise funds and awareness towards the disease HIBM (Hereditary Inclusion Body Myopathies). HIBM is a rare genetic disorder that causes progressive muscle wasting and weakness. Muscle degeneration usually starts around the age of 20 – 30 and can lead to very severe disability, or even a quadriplegic state within 10 – 20 years.
My wife Kam is afflicted with this terrible disease which is why we both work very hard to fundraise for ARM http://www.hibm.org/arm/ (Advancement of Research Myopathies), the organization which is researching to find a cure of HIBM.
Bike for Kam http://bikeforkam.com/ is about a group of friends coming together to complete a coastal bike tour from San Francisco to Santa Monica (Los Angeles) on May 12-19, 2012. The purpose of their journey is to raise funds and awareness for Kam, and for all those afflicted with HIBM. Through this project we hope to raise awareness of HIBM, so that we may soon find a cure for this rare genetic muscle debilitating, and degenerative condition.
Bike for Kam http://bikeforkam.com/ is a grass roots project which means we are counting on you to donate and pass it around your community. Post it on Facebook and Twitter, and email it to whomever you think would be interested. Please take a little time to check out the site and to view our promotional video http://vimeo.com/40379207. Last year we raised $23,000 and this year we're hoping to double it. A cure is within reach but we need your help to get there.

OCP Swat suit
Been awhile since I've done some RoboCop work, or personal work in general. I wanted to design the OCP swat suit. The suit is incorporating some of Robocop's technology such as nano enhanced strength, armor, and his advanced visor display. I wanted it to look derivative of Robocop but much more raw with exposed tech. It was fun to design so I hope to be able to do more of them soon.

MW3 marketing
The amount of marketing on MW3 was crazy and overwhelming. I wanted to chronical some of it by collaging some of the media I saw online, at E3, on billboards and during COD XP. I was back in LA while the marketing was really ramping up and and I was seeing it on every website, every billboard, and even buildings. MW3 was marketed across all sorts of products from Mountain Dew, glasses, earphone, and Jeeps. It's strange and exciting to see your project plastered everywhere and I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to work on something that so many people enjoy.

Goodbye to Sledgehammer
So yesterday was my last day at Sledgehammer and I'm sorry to be leaving such a great team and awesome studio. Since the first day I started I've felt nothing but welcomed and respected. The whole team had a feeling comraderie and purpose that I've never experienced at another studio, and it was a direct result of the open and experienced leadership of the studio. I sincerely enjoyed my time at Sledgehammer and I look forward to the release of MW3. I know people will enjoy playing it as much as we enjoyed making it.

MW3
For the past year I've been working on Modern Warfare 3. Its been a great experience working with a really talented, and motivated team. This is the best game I've worked on, and I can't wait to get schooled by trash talking 10 year old kids in multiplayer. MW3 is coming out Nov. 8th so keep an eye out for it.

Nuclear Dawn
Years back while I was still in college I worked on a Mod game called Nuclear Dawn. It was a great experience and I had the opportunity to work with alot of up and coming artists. Most of all I gained some real world experience. I ended up getting a job and moving out to LA before the project was done, but now years later I saw a trailer for the game and it looks great! I'm proud to say I was a part of this and I can't wait to try it for myself. Great job to the team.
